Let us introduce you to the CHE central team.

The Rev Francisco Ramirez, (Chico), is Darling’s husband, and is a pastor in Managua. He is responsible for all the spiritual work in the communities, including Bible studies and Christian Growth groups, etc. He is the CHE master trainer in agro-ecology.  His background, personally and by training, is in agriculture, and his and his wife’s (Darling) small property will be featured in the Samaritan’s Purse Canada (SPC)/CHE conference in August to inspire attendees to make the absolute most of any space they have available to them.

He is assisted by his stepson, Andres Mayorga, who is responsible for coordinating with the SPC Small Animal Project, originated by CHE Nicaragua.

Both Chico and Andres are busy preparing classes. At this time they are more than usually focussed on preventive health due to a flu epidemic, as well as chronic diseases affecting children…… For example, how to prepare well for the rainy season, and how to stay healthy during wet and dry seasons.
